Kate Monti is an experienced operator and transformer of healthcare service delivery. Driven by a frustration with the status quo of addiction treatment, she takes pride in creating systems that break down barriers and increase access to care. As the Head of Operations at Workit Health, a healthcare company offering online, evidence-based addiction treatment, her goals include transforming how individuals participate in treatment, developing systems to increase patient engagement, and saving lives. In addition to her daily work, Kate is passionate about addiction legislation and advocating for improvements to the law to enhance innovations that drive improved outcomes. She holds Masters Degrees in both Public Health and Social Work from the University of Michigan and currently resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
