You are invited to join the workshop From Fax Machines to Airdrop: Leveraging Generational Differences at Work. This workshop provides an understanding of the drivers that define each generation, their preferences and behaviors that show up in the workplace. It supports an dialogue that promotes cross pollination of ideas and actions to support each other. By taking a deeper dive on why each generation behaves the way it does, participants come away with a higher level of respect for each other’s Perspectives. By the end of this session, participants will understand what generational differences are and how they show up in behavior, gain an appreciation for generational Differences and create an action plan for how to overcome the challenges created by generational differences

The 2 hour session will count towards Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion(DEI) continuing professional education as the lessons learned will positively contribute to the overall environment.
