We can’t control what other people say or do, but we can control how we respond. This is where Self-Management, one of the four components of emotional intelligence comes in. If you’d like to explore your temperament and triggers, learn more about yourself and learn tools for self-management, this session is for you. From this session, participants should leave with a greater understanding of themselves and tools to help manage their emotions and ultimately improve your emotional intelligence. Registration and masking is required to attend this workshop. Leading with Emotional Effectiveness is an in-person interactive leadership series for School of Public Health graduate students. Attendees will gain tools to help them identify their inner voice and understand when they are being emotionally hijacked and what to do about it. This series is for people who are looking to understand and control their emotions in order to improve their leadership skills and relationship with others. Sign up for one or all sessions!
