Graduate school is constant, stressful, and consumes much of our daily energy. Thankfully there is an endpoint! During graduate school, it's important to recognize and manage signs of burnout in order to get to the finish line while maintaining our mental, physical and emotional health. Join this session to learn more about recognizing and managing burnout, well-being resources and communities, and strategies for managing stress. All of the tools talked about in this session are great for getting through the grind of graduate school and beyond. This is an hour-long seminar which will contain 20 minutes of informative lecture and 40 minutes of discussion, facilitated in break-out sessions. Use the sessions to learn about topics to improve your well-being and academic success, gain access to practical skills, and connect with other health science students.
