In this webinar, CAsToR junior investigators Dr. Hirschtick and Dr. Cook will review one of the first longitudinal analyses of associations between exclusive and dual use of ENDS and cigarette use and diagnosed cardiovascular disease using the Population Assessment of Tobacco & Health (PATH) Study. In addition to presenting key findings, they will discuss important methodological considerations for these types of analyses, including confounding control, reducing the potential for reverse causation, key sensitivity analyses, and different approaches to applying the PATH weights. There will be sufficient time for Q&A.
