The Chronic Pain and Fatigue Research Center is continuing our annual summer internship program for graduate students interested in pain research. This could act as a summer internship opportunity for MPH students or other students needing to meet internship requirements in the School of Public Health. We are holding information sessions on December 2nd (3p-4p) and December 7th (1130a-1230p). All interested applicants should contact Sara Skelton to register: (saraske@med.umich.edu). Please indicate which seminar date you plan to attend in your email. Internships will be a full-time commitment over the summer, located in Ann Arbor, and interns will be paid $15 per hour. Students could contribute to a number of projects related to pain, including but not limited to: Chronic pelvic pain in women Development of pain in childhood Electronic health records data related to pain Cannabis use for chronic pain More details will be shared at the informational sessions.
