Completing an internship, fellowship, or other opportunity this summer? Curious about how to make the most of it and leverage it when looking for full time opportunities after? Join the SPH Careers Office for a one hour session on how to make the most of your summer experience! We will review reflection steps, networking tips, and set you up with a plan to understand how to make the most of your summer experience before, during, and after you have completed your summer! 


You should attend this workshop if you are:

  • An undergraduate or graduate SPH student
  • Intend on or have secured a summer opportunity like an internship, fellowship, etc. 
  • Interested in leveraging this experience for future opportunities and desire to learn techniques to get the most out of your experience 


What you’ll gain by attending:

  • An understanding of how to reflect on your skills and growth during your internship 
  • Learn how to network within a position and visualize that network after the completion of your internship 
  • Tangible next steps to implement when you start your summer opportunity 

Join our Career Services Coordinator, Maddie Houston 5:00-6:00pm virtually. RSVP for the zoom link and passcode. This workshop will be a moderate interaction level: Video and audio presence is preferred, the event will be a mixture of interactive activities and passive viewing.

 

The SPH Careers Office aims to deliver inclusive and accessible experiences and welcomes all SPH students to participate.
