The Montgomery County Council’s Summer Fellows Program provides students a ten-week paid local government experience working directly with elected officials and senior management. Fellows will also conduct an independent research report and present it to the Council. Weekly programming brings the students together for field trips throughout the County. Montgomery County, MD neighbors our nation’s capital-- Washington, D.C. This will be our sixth consecutive year hosting the successful program.
We will conduct three information sessions about our program. You can attend multiple information sessions, but the information shared will be the same.
