To run SAS in batch mode, first create a file with all of the SAS commands that you would like to run. In this example, contains sas commands. Running the commands in is as simple as running "sas". This can then be added to a Slurm job submission script:

$ cat sas-job.slurm
#SBATCH --job-name=SAS_job
#SBATCH --time=1:00:00
#SBATCH --mem=1g
#SBATCH --tasks-per-cpu=1

To submit the batch job use sbatch:

$ sbatch sas-job.slurm
