Research Interests & Projects

I am interested in addressing questions of human health and disease through rigorous statistical analysis at the interface between genomics, statistics, and computer science. Additionally, I investigate genetic factors that are associated with cognitive function, cognitive decline, and clinically diagnosed Alzheimer's disease in populations of European, African, and Indian/South Asian ancestry.
