Previous projects: I have completed projects involving the investigation of immune responses to different strains of influenza dependent on vaccine type and status. I have also been involved in genomic epidemiology projects involving SARS-CoV-2 that aimed to elucidate intrahost diversity among hospitalized patients and medical employees.
